ZYT5301TXJ double power workover rig mainly consists of diesel engine power unit which is made up of diesel engine and hydraulic transmission box, electric power unit which is made up of frequency conversion motor and mechanical transmission box, transfer case, angle gear box, drawworks, mast assembly, hydraulic and pneumatic system, voltage transformer, power connection box, MCC control cabinet, frequency conversion cabinet, electric air compressor, electric hydraulic pump station etc. The power of diesel engine is used for the heavy load workover job of workover rig, such as running and jam release etc. The power of frequency conversion motor is used for the normal trip-up and down operation.

① The whole truck adopts double power input, the working condition is no longer affected by the weather and well site electricity situation, the range of suitable working condition is wide.
② The using of parallel input model and switching technique for double power unit makes the power distribution scientific and reasonable, and the power switching is convenient and efficient.
③ Wellsite power distribution and the electromotor power supply system are arranged on the truck, the transportation is convenient.
④ The truck has overload alarm&prompt function and frequency inverter overload automatic stop function, it can avoid the equipment damage which is made by wrong operation.
⑤ Electric system is five-wire system, nearby double grounding system, the safety protection grade is improved.
