ZYT5301TXJ double power workover rig mainly consists of homemade special chassis for workover rig, diesel engine power unit, electric power unit which is consists of switched magnetism reluctance motor and transfer case, angle gear box, drawworks, mast assembly, hydraulic and pneumatic system, power connection box, MCC control cabinet, electric air compressor, electric hydraulic pump station, etc. Diesel engine power is used for the heavy duty workover job of workover rig such as running and jam release etc; Switched reluctance motor power is used for the normal trip up and down operation.

① The whole workover rig adopts double power input, it is no longer affected by weather conditions and wellsite electricity situation, the suitable working condition range is wide.
② The transfer case can meet the requirements of separate drive both diesel engine and electric motor, it has a forced lubrication system and equipped with independent interlocking clutch, the operation is easy.
③ It adopts high voltage (1140 v) switch reluctance motor and drive technology, the oilfield power network can be connected for one time without voltage transformation, it can avoid too much loss of efficiency.
④ The speed adjusting range of switch reluctance motor is wide, the torque adaptive ability is strong, the response time is fast, it can save the energy.
⑤ The integration degree of control and operation is high, we can adapt to the motor operation without change the operating habits of traditional workover rig.
